Exercise

Hey there, all you 35 – 40+ beauties. 😀  Have you started loving your lovely selves yet? Or are you still busy supporting and living life for your dear families, planning your days to meet others’ schedules.. I know I’ve done that all my life, and hell, for all I know, I might still be doing it. I know, creating that special, secure environment for our children is important. It’s all the more tiresome for homemakers, because there are always a few of those who stick firm to their belief that homemakers are always free (we get no appreciation, nor any payment. :P). I’m just sharing a few things that I’ve learnt by living my life.
Although you may think that you’re taking care of yourself, you are not. You know that time you set aside for doing something that you really love, which you never really end up doing? Use that time – do whatever you think may put a smile on your face. Make sure to add just a little exercise to your daily routine. Let it take whatever form you prefer – yoga, dance, sports, gym, or even a simple walk around your area. Add a little sunlight (literally) to your mornings. Go out, listen to lively, happy songs, and get in touch with all those old friends you miss. And done! 🙂 🙂 Darlings, health is wealth. It’s nice to spend just a little time for yourself rather than spending millions on doctors. Be healthy, keep smiling, and take care!  🙂 🙂

Everyone needs someone

Yeah, I know that we all are super busy with the tragedies of life 😉 However, I think that (sorry, I think a lot :p) we should always be there for our friends and loved ones when they really need us. By this, I really don’t mean that they should need to fall ill or break limbs for us to remember them. We all need attention, yes? – and let me tell you this; attention is like chocolates – both are special (although chocolates are yummier :p). Anyway, let them know that they are very much loved and wanted. You don’t have to wait for their calls all the time. Look beyond their fake smiles. Sometimes, they may let us down, but there’s no need for us to do the same. If you truly care for someone, show them that you do! So go on, make the teachers who taught all your vocabulary (and your mom, too!) nice and proud, and use those words well in every day of your life. Love you all, take care 🙂
